Fantastic machine
What an excellent coffee maker machine it's the best one so far I have bought and I have bought plenty through the years but this one is the best I got so far well done ninja team for making it one thing I do notice sometimes when I put in the deluxe basket I noticed that sometimes it displays double basket then after take it out and put it back in and then it does register as the deluxe basket that's not a problem at all it's a brilliant machine I only had it a month an hour and it's still working absolutely perfect nice tasting coffee every single time and I do like my coffee I have about roughly 18 to 20 cups a day of coffee and it perfect from one up to 20 coffees thank you

Cheaply Made
I purchased this coffee machine expecting decent quality for the price, but it’s been a disappointment. It feels cheaply made and not built to last, and I’ve had ongoing issues with the milk system. Even when set to “warm”, it produces cold milk, which makes it pretty pointless if you’re buying it for milk-based drinks. I was sent a replacement and the same faults happened again, so this clearly isn’t a one-off. Overall, it’s been more hassle than it’s worth and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Unfortunately I would look elsewhere
Not one to normally review things but figured our experience might genuinely help others who were looking for a higher quality machine and trying to decide between different options and brands. We bought this machine having had previously positive experience with Ninja products, and we also typically like ninja as a brand. Unfortunately, this particular product looks like one to avoid. The first machine started to exhibit issues around six months after purchase. These were specifically related to the milk frother which stopped frothing milk and running for almost 10 minutes (versus the 2 to 3 minutes when new). The machine was replaced by Ninja and within 2 months, the exact same thing started to happen on the replacement. Things can go wrong and the support was ok, but with the same issue across two different units within 12 months, unfortunately feels like this machine has a common fault and I’d look elsewhere.

Great machine for coffee lovers
This is a great machine for trying different kinds of coffee drinks, but also has a hot water option if you want tea, etc. Handy guides on the machine, and booklets with recipes. Easy to use once you've run a couple of test cups. Looks great too.

Simple yet delicious
Replaced my Gaggia Anima with this and the coffee is delicious, the milk is perfect everytime. Much easier to use and handles the hard water better due to the integrated purge feature

Better coffee than the coffee shop
I don’t usually go for the latest appliance but I really enjoy a well made coffee and was fed up of the cost of buying them from the coffee shop. This machine makes coffee as good if not better than the ones in the coffee shop! The machine is also so easy to use and come with a handy guide, I have never looked back.
