About this product
Introducing Shark's best cleaning Robot Vacuum & Mop with NeverStuck Technology. This 2-in-1 robot deep cleans all floor types with intelligent cleaning technologies, then returns to the base to automatically empty dirt and debris, and refill with clean water, so it's always ready for the next run. Self-Refills: When the robot returns to the base, the base automatically refills the robot's tank with clean water. The tank holds 1.7L of water for up to 4000 sq. Ft. Of mopping coverage – that's enough clean water for up to 30 days.
Self-Empties: After every vacuuming run, the robot returns to the base and empties its on-board dust bin. The bagless base holds dirt and debris for up to 30 days, with Anti-Allergen Complete Seal to trap dust & allergens.
Pad Dry: The base automatically dries the mop pad when your robot returns after a mopping session. Seamlessly switch between wet and dry cleaning – the robot automatically picks up and drops off the mopping pad at the base, hands-free.
PowerDetect Cleaning Technology: Optimises every clean, detecting and reacting to your home and avoiding obstacles to ensure the robot always finishes the job. Dirt Detect, Edge Detect, Floor Detect, Stain Mode and Wet Edge Detect.
NeverStuck Technology: Actively lifts and lowers to manoeuvre over obstacles, across thresholds, and easily avoid getting stuck. In Mopping Mode it also lifts up to keep the wet mop pad off your carpets and rugs.

Customers Say
Effective vacuum and mop robot with smart mapping, self-emptying, and app control. Great for pet hair and busy homes but limited to one floor and occasional suction and connectivity issues.

Brilliant price of technology
This is a game changer, reasonably adopted my daughters cats for a time, this has changed my life freeing up so much time, hoovering cat hair up daily. Set up was so easy, download the app and go, mapping of the house was simple, fill up the water tank, choose a full vacuum or each room individually, then sit back and let it do the work, it automatically returns to base when full, empties and resumes where it left off. The mop cycle can be activated after and when finished the mop heads are cleaned and dried without even removing any parts. The noise level is quite enough that it doesn’t disturb the cats which is also a bonus

Works great, but leaks constantly!
The robot works really well, and for a busy household with two labradors is a lifesaver. It certainly won’t prevent you from ever hoovering or mopping, especially as it doesn’t collect grey water, but does a good job of hoovering and cleans paw prints etc. I find it frustrating you can only set two schedules, as ideally we need a third. The main issue I have is my wood flooring is getting ruined. I had an issue with the filler spout breaking, and shark replaced the base unit without hassle rapidly. I now have an issue where regularly will leak when filling for no reason at all, no visible damage or dirt etc. it’s a real shame because we love the robot but can’t be dealing with with it if this is a regular occurrence. I’m starting to think we should have gone with the hoover only version.

Wish we had bought one sooner!!!
Fantastic product, so easy to use and does a great job. Our living room carpet is looking the best it ever has and it’s great that there seems to be no dog hair around the house anymore, which having a large black dog is normally everywhere! The only downside, which is very small, it does store multiple floors. So we can’t just drop it upstairs to do a clean and then back down, it would need to remap the floor each time.

Shirley the house Robot
I wasn’t too sure about the effectiveness of a cleaning robot at first. However after following her about the house on hard and carpeted floors I have to say what a marvellous invention. On Sunday morning I was working on my laptop and had seen (Shirley that’s her name in the house) start moving to the dining room and large lounge. When I returned downstairs some two hours later the carpets had been vacuumed and looked as if they had been cleaned. Shirley was back at her station being recharged.

Shark Robot
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this product. It does not vacuum the rooms well and we have to constantly hoover after it.

Yes, the Shark PowerDetect is suitable for deep pile carpet and rugs.
This robot vacuum does not mop the carpet. The mopping function is only designed for hard-floors. The vacuum can easily recognize any carpets found within your house as long as the house has been properly mapped by the robot.
The dirty water tank is located in the charging base of the robot, rather than the robot itself. Once the robot connects to the base, it begins the "pad washing cycle", which allows it to also empty the dirty water into the reservoir found in the charging base.
This robot can climb over obstacles up to 2.5 cm.
The robot itself stands just 11 cm tall with a 36.86 cm footprint (W) and 34.01 cm depth, so you’ll need at least an 11 cm clearance under your sofa for it to pass freely.
This robot is equipped with a 33V battery, specifically crafted to handle all types of debris. When the robot detects regions with a high concentration of debris, it will boost its suction power to effectively clean the area.
No, the PowerDetect 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop is safe to use on sealed hard floors, including wood, tile, and laminate.
The unit's specifications include the following dimensions: 48.8 cm in width, 34 cm in length, and 36.8 cm in height.
