Beldray Pollensa wall hung electric fire has a beautiful flat glass fascia and a warming LED flame effect which is complimented by white pebbles. The LED flame effect can be operated independently of the heat. Pollensa is a perfect fit where size is a consideration as it does not protrude very far into your room.

Beldray Pollensa 2kw Electric wall Hung fire
I bought this fire about a month ago to replace one which had stopped qorking a while in my conservatory. It was easy to install and put together, although you had to put the white Stones in yourself at the front of the fire which was slightly fiddly. However once setup the instructions on how to use the fire were simple to follow and setting the day, time and min - max temperature was relatively easy. It has helped to keep the chill out of the conservatory especially when I go in there to watch football in the evenings šš

Bought one of these heaters years ago still have it in living room nice focal point it was a lot better,than the latest one we bought not so good ...glass front doesn't seem to fit as well ...don't think this latest one is value for money ..smaller not as power full also cuts out ....so would never buy again ...in future.only for small back bedroom 8 foot by 10 foot doesn't really heat it.so Extremely disappointed with the heater .

I have had this wall fire approximately 3 weeks very pleased with its "looks" the heat and the mode of operation. This was a replacement for a similar fire which stopped working.

ā For the BELDRAY POLLENSA LED WALL FIRE (model EH1270ARFOB), it is recommended to ensure a minimum distance of 300mm (approximately 12 inches) from the floor to the underside of the unit. This spacing allows for optimal heat distribution and safety clearance. ā

Hello Debb. The Beldray Pollensa 2kW Electric Wall Hung Fire is not a standard fire - it is classed as Wall Hung so 150cm off the floor would be correct.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Beldray Pollensa 2kW Electric Wall Hung Fire - Black: ''The key details to note for installation are:
1. **Clearance:** The wall fire should be mounted on a heat-resistant wall so that the bottom of it is at least 150cm from the floor with a minimun space of 200 mm on all sides to allow for good air circulation.
2. **Heat Direction:** As for the direction of the heat flow, the Beldray Pollensa model is equipped with a fan-assisted feature. The heat comes from the top of the unit.
3. **General Safety and Installation Tips:** Ensure that the wall you choose can support the weight of the unit (8.15kg), and consider the proximity to electrical outlets and potential furniture placements in alignment with the heat distribution.''

If the thermal safety cut-out system operates on the Beldray Pollensa 2kW Electric Wall Hung Fire - Black, the heat settings will switch off. When this happens, you need switch off the LED wall fire using the On/Off switch on the right hand side. Unplug the unit from the mains and allow it to cool for approximately 15 minutes. Clear any blockages from the vent. Then you may plug in the fire and use as before.
