Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi, I live in Plymouth and puchrsed a Neff n50 oven, a n50 microwave hlawd23gob and a Neff hob. The oven is fine and will fit like my existing but the microwave would have a visible side hinge section. As this is not what we expected we asked our supplier if we could exchange it for an n50 combi microwave, this is beacon electrics in Plymouth. That replied that they did not think Neff would take it back even though it is still in the box and had not been used. This seems very harsh as we are willing to purchase a more expensive unit in its place. I look forward to your reply.

I have just purchased this item and am surprised that the left hand front seems not to have a cover plate if the item is fitted in a unit that the micro front fits up to, not inside. This means when the item is installed the hinge side is open and looks unfinished

Bought a few weeks ago to replace a similar Neff microwave that I have had over 19 years and it seems great so far. Fits exactly in the same dimensions to my relief. Not as big inside as my previous one but overall pleased for the price I paid and only £6.95 delivery which most places it was £20. 2 year guarantee like everywhere else. Looks more expensive than some other models. Happy customer.

Inferior product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacement of my Neff built-in micro wave after years i tried to replace it like for like 900 w .When the new one arrived would not fit in the existing frame I was told that I would probably have to get the 800 W.as it was slightly smaller. Not happy. Smaller means my dishes would not fit in not happy with less power. You would think when you upgrade a model you would keep the dimensions the same so loyal customer could keep with the same products they loved.

Performs well
Been using regularly now for a month. Looks good and performs well. Is simple to use. I hadn't really checked the spec properly as left it to the kitchen designer and was surprised how small the internal capacity was given the size of the unit. Additionally, that the power was only 800is disappointing for the price. Whether the electronic door release holds up remains to be seen.
