I can advise the following for the Chad Valley Kids Garden Swing - Pink:
Yes, the legs need to be 6-8cm below the ground, with the anchors at the 45º angle to support the frame when being used. Maybe worth upturning some soil that is 6-8cm deep, knock the anchors in and then fill up the hole again and compact it to ensure the safety.
