Wish I had discovered this years ago. I never could clean windows without them looking worse than before I started. This hoover is so quick and leaves the windows streak free and looking fantastic. The only criticism is that it's a bit cumbersome when you get to the bottom of the window near the windowsill. Great that it can also be used for condensation, showers and on my quartz worktops and hob. Love it!

I bought this to replace my old karcher wouldn’t be without one! Amazing the amount of water to collects from shower screen and tiles. Great for cleaning my large lounge windows leaving them streak free. Easy to empty and quick recharge

Good little vacuum
I've had this for over a month now we use it to clean down the shower tiles after every use, it clears up the water and leaves the tiles nearly dry. It's smaller than the other makes I've had before but it's the only one that you can use up and down plus across without any water pouring out. Well worth the money would buy again if needed.

This is a classic example of a product designed and put on the market to hit a price point. My advice would be not to buy it , it’s not fit for purpose by a long shot. I all ready have 2 older yellow Karcher window vacs…one is the original model and the second is a newer model…both are excellent. The latest one I have purchased is really really poorly designed. The water reservoir has to be removed each time to be emptied and is connected by a rubber seal/ attachment which is not watertight when new not to mention what it would be like after a period of use. Not only is it fiddly to use but most of the water the unit sucks up ends up coming out with the air and not into the reservoir. Also just to add, I attempted to return it to Argos but was not accepted as the unit had been used. I could have pushed the point under the sale of goods act ie not fit for purpose but decided there and then ever to buy from Argos again… why not buy from Amazon where one can return ….no questions asked. ( lady in the Bridgwater branch was also quiet rude … not a good experience..bye bye Argos no surprise JS want to get rid.

After checking with the supplier they have advised:
A replacement 250mm suction head is available for this model of machine. Unfortunately we do not manufacture a 170mm suction head for this model.
There may be a couple of companies that manufacturer a compatible one if you check the internet.
