About this product
Roof rack covered in grime from the motorway, conservatory windows you can't reach from the ladder. This water-fed brush extends up to 2m so you can clean high spots without stretching or balancing on tiptoes. The aluminium handle stays light overhead, and water flows through to the brush head with an onoff switch in the grip. Soft bristles won't scratch paintwork or glass, and cushioned handles keep your hands comfortable even when cold water runs through. Fits a standard hose connector and works on cars, caravans, windows or anything needing a wash above arm's reach.
The extending design means you're not dragging out ladders or standing on garden furniture to reach awkward spots. Lightweight aluminium keeps arm strain down during longer cleaning sessions. The built-in water control lets you pause flow without heading back to the tap each time. Feathered bristle tips work gently on bonnets, roofs and glass without leaving marks. Cushioned grips insulate your hands from the cold and add comfort when you're scrubbing stubborn dirt. Works with standard garden hose connections for quick setup at home or on the driveway.

Customers Say
The extendable brush is praised for its reach, gentle bristles, and value for money but criticized for poor hose connection, leaking, and brush head coming loose during use.

Not bad. Good enough for the price
Not bad but the head of the brush has a plastic threads so can't get it tighten it enough to stay in place. It comes loose with any pressure on the brush head whilst cleaning. Tightening anymore would damage the threads.

Great product and service
The hose connected perfectly to the brush, and was able to reach all the underside of the glass roof i needed to clean. The weight of it was light and the brush head was soft and the water flowed through it well. Great product. Great service at Argos store too.

Very soft bristles.
Bought this to replace my old brush and I am happy with it so far. It's very soft so no chance of damaging the paintwork and being extendable it's perfect for the roof. definitely good value for money if you look at the other options.

Poor water fittings
Bought this to help wash my canal boat. The brush is ok and the handle ok in function the plastic water fittings are very poor they leak and fall apart in use. By the time I had washed of the roof and one side of the cabin my trousers were soaked from the leaks and fittings becoming detached. I will purchase quality fittings and replace. You get wat you pay for. It was the cheapest brush available and it shows.

Hello HB,
The supplier has advised the following for the Hilka 2m Extendable Car Wash Brush:
"This item features a universal connector. This connector is suitable for most hose adaptors including Hoselock. This item should work with the Hozelock Female Hose End Connector. Please check the brush has been fully inserted in to the connector, it could be a case of the new O’ring is slightly larger so a little stiff to connect."
