Not used yet much but great so far
Bought this to replace an old one that broke, love the look of seperate attachment to clean the oven and other useful areas, seems light wieght and easy to use and easy to store away. Good for hard surfaces and areas of busy traffic to keep clean amazing the dirt that comes away

Superb
Had the original version of this from years back and happy to say it's as good as ever. Very powerful, both mop and handheld. Looks cheap but is one of the best on the market. Have tried karcher, shark etc. All have fancy bells and whistles but the h20 is every bit as good, if not better. Easy to use, not very heavy, easy to manoeuvre. Really lifts the grime. Handy tip, buy extra microfibre cloths. I had major dirt to shift and threw some away after heavy use. The rest I just soak in bleach if very soiled. Everyday use fine just to wash.

Used the steamer and tried all the attachments and works great. Only fault I can pick out is a second mop head would have been handy so you can rotate when washing but being picky!

The first time i used it it renewed my kitchen floor. It lifted all the spots of walked in stubborn decking paint of my kitchen vinyl flooring. Easy to use. Every floor looks clean and smells fresh.

A bit disappointed
The item is described as lightweight which is why I purchased it Unfortunately it’s far too heavy for me when handheld also to put the various attachments on very hard to get them out. I have painful osteoarthritis which is why it’s difficult for me to use I contacted customer service who said return it to store I did this and as I had put water in the tank to test it Argos they said I couldn’t return it so I’m left with a £130 item I can’t use the review of the item only rated low due to my condition snd live alone

Surprisingly good!
I was sceptical about this machine based on comments friends and family had made about these sorts of products. I deliberately chose to pay for a premium product as a result and have been more than happy with that decision. That said I follow all the instructions on using ionised water as I live in a hard water area and the guidance on the aftercare and storage. I don't know what would happen if I didn't do all that.

Having checked the instructions, it advises the steamer is not suitable to be used on leather, wax-polished furniture or floors, unsealed hardwood or parquet floors, unglazed ceramic floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate steam-sensitive materials.
It is advised to check with the Stone Floor manufacturer to confirm if the flooring is suitable for steam cleaning.
