Great steam mop
I bought this a month ago to replace an old vax steam mop. I like the extra boost button which directionally squirts steam when needed. As a floor mop I found it great and easy to use. The water reservoir is not the easiest to fill up. As for using it as a hand held steamer, I did try using it but wasn’t so impressed, perhaps it is just me.

Excellent product
Very impressed with this machine. Ready to use just seconds after turning on. Easy to set up and handle. In keeping with VAX high standards All done in less than half the time, and cleaning the machine after each use takes under 5 minutes. We love it! Would definitely recommend.

I bought this vax Steamer a month ago and I’m really pleased with the way that all the attachments fit together. So much easier and much cleaner than a mop and bucket. Another Vax production add to my collection!

Heavy on hand and hips
I find this difficult to use and the instructions aren’t very useful. Bits rather heavy and doesn’t seem to heat up the Bly heat is the steam from the nozzle. Very disappointed

Waste of money.
I find it hard work to push whilst holding the trigger in. It also leaves the floor very wet, especially when using the cleaning solution tank.

Replacement
Bought to replace a broken previous model from vax, Works as expected and have always bought vax steamers as they are the most versatile

Powerful upgrade
Bought this as a replacement for the old VAX steam mop which got seriously dropped and broken. Needed more power/more steam, for the rough tiled floors, so upgraded to this model. It is noticeably more powerful, though I have to be careful not to over-wet the floors, by pumping the lever only intermittently. It also can use detergent and I am keen to try out this feature soon.
