Light and easy to use
Great vacuum cleaner with plenty of suction. The weight is close to the ground, so makes cleaning a breeze with easy movement and little effort. Capacity is sufficent, and emptying/cleaning is easy. No difficulty in placing on the charger, with adequate charge for cleaning a small apartment. Easy to remove portion for a hand held vacuum. I love the feature that cuts hairs and threads wound round the brush.

Impressive…
We chose this as a second cleaner as it was so much more manoeuvrable than our conventional (heavy) machine. It is very effective BUT you must keep on top of cleaning the filters etc.. Failure to so do dramatically reduces its effectiveness. I live in a one-bedroom flat and it’s an ideal machine for me both in terms of workload and its storage. I’d go so far as to say that in its home position against a wall in my lounge it looks smart and organised.

Bad Hoover
The plastic feels hollow and cheap. The charging dock is too light and moves when you try to put the hoover on it. I timed it and the battery lasted about 16 minutes on full power. it immediately switches off when the battery is dead without a slow loss of power to warn you. Full power is too much and low power is too low. There is no inbetween. You can only do full power when using the handheld part. It takes HOURS to charge and constantly flashes an annoying light it swivels too much and is hard to control the head tilts up off the ground too easily when it comes into contact with something on the ground like a cable or something and you lose suction. when I first got it i couldn't for the life of me put the head onto the main body no matter how hard i pushed it on.. turns out I had to remove the handheld part from the main body and then the head clicked on easily. its easy to empty I guess?

Just what possessed you to change how it mounts ?
My previous model could have the charging stand screwed to the wall etc, not on this new model though as it is free standing. Trouble is when trying to put the cleaner back it just pushes the stand away meaning I have to kneel down and hold the stand with one hand while mounting the cleaner with my other hand. Just how did this oversight get missed ?

Worst Vac I've ever had
Good points----can't think of any. the charger is a joke, having to use the "docking station" is a pain. It is very awkward to get it on the docking bit. The dust collection is MINISCULE. I have bigger mugs. The suction is good on full power, not so good on the lesser setting. But the lesser setting means not having to charge so often. The head swivels a lot--you don't feel in control of it. The hand held bit is OK, but i really don't have any positives about this vac. Sorry.
