Early days as I'm still learning how to use it but so far I have been impressed by the clarity and stability. The sound quality with the microphone is also good. I would have liked it to be supplied with a micro sd / memory card as it is a requirement before you can use the camera and it would be easier if this was part of the package.

No, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 does not have a built-in "pause" function for recording video; you must stop the recording and then start a new one. To achieve a similar effect, you will need to edit the separate video clips together later using the DJI Mimo app or a different video editing program.
