Well I haven't started using it yet baby born in couple weeks 2023 but I have put it up omg we love it its nice , sophisticated looking can't wait to put my son in it. Very easy set up also and big enough

I brought this 6 months ago and it has been amazing for my newborn. I would definitely buy it again, he sleeps like a dream init. I love the fact that you can put baby on a very slight tilt if they have reflux, very helpful!
Hi. We bought Maxi-Cosi Iora, it was solid, good quality, works very well and it would have been perfect. However, after using it for only 2.5 months, the spring latch to remove the side bar to attach to the bed side is now stuck and won’t open. Suspect that it is a manufacturing defect and the spring is stuck inside with no way for us to remove to check nor fix.
So now I’m forced to use it as a normal crib instead of a bedside crib which is extremely disappointing as the whole reason of choosing this bed is to have the bedside function due to my back problem. We had reach out to the seller but didn’t hear anything back. Does Maxi-Cosi have any tips on how to fix this or someone that we can talk to troubleshoot?
My baby is 6kg now and she won’t be able to use this once she is 9kg which is really not long more. It’s also hurting my back. So any help ASAP is much appreciated.
