I really needed to update my toaster as it was really old. I've been surprised at how quick it toasts and takes quite thicker bread. I buy Jackson's bread and usually put one in the freezer. This toaster has a defrost button and a reheat button which has been handy especially for me although the cord is quite short. All in all I am happy with my choice.
