Good build, 10 yr guarantee, zero stick is amazing
So far loving it - very easy to clean because of zero stick. Works perfectly with my induction hub. Also zero stick means can use little oil and get great cooking results. Make sure you sign up for the 10year guarantee!

Perfect pan
Perfect pan for the perfect price! Its decent quality, durable and is what it is!

Very disappointed
The base of the pan is convex (not flat) therefore the cooking oil runs from the centre to the edges leaving the centre dry. This results in uneven cooking especially on induction hobs where heat is transferred through contact with the surface. Would have expected better from a pan of this price.

Good pan
Only used once, but the sausages I cooked turned out right nice. Pan cleaned up easily and is now awaiting my next purchase ... of sausages. Pretty sure it can be used for more adventurous dishes.

Frying pan
There was a manufacturing fault underneath the pan which would have scratched the ceramic hob so I had to replace that with another pan and that also had the same problem so I had a refund, if you had a gas cooker that wouldn’t have been a problem.

Hello CG guy.
The weight of the Zero Stick Essentials Pan is 3.3kg.
Kind regards,
Ninja Kitchen
A sauté pan has straight, taller sides and usually comes with a lid, so it holds liquids well and suits simmering, braising and sauces. A frying pan has low, flared sides and is better for quick browning and flipping.
Is all about the shape I belevie. Saut pans are better when you cook with liquids, sauces, etc. Because of the taller sides. Frying pan, smaller sides, easier to flip, heat evaporate quicker, for less soggy product
Hello Daisy,
I can advise the following for the Ninja Zerostick Essentials 26cm Aluminium Saute Pan:
The only dimensions that the manufacturer offers are that the induction plate size is 12cm. The overall size isn't marked anywhere.
Thanks for using Q & A.
The size of the induction ring corresponds to the area where the pan makes contact with the cooktop. This means that the 26 cm sauté pan has a base diameter that's compatible with the 20 cm induction zone. This measurement specifically refers to the section of the pan that actually makes contact with the induction element, not the pan's full diameter.
The Ninja C10126UK has a depth of 472 MM.
This weighs 1.64kg.
