My previous shaver had eventually died and I needed another. Shaving is excellent. Downside is charging. Supplied with USB A connector. Why not USB C ? Indeed why not put a USB C connector on the razor?

Reliable manufacturer
I was replacing a Phillip's electric razor which I have had for over a decade. I have had other electric razors but none seemed to be as good as my previous one, even if it was not fully interchangeable with a proper wet razor. The same sleek design and functionality with a trusted brand was hard to ignore. My facial hair has changed over time. From quite wiry to now quite stiff yet the razor seems to cope with that aspect to some extent. My only disappointment was the electric charging plug. I was expecting a 2 pin plug as this is adaptable for in hotels and at home. The USB plug is less friendly having to shave outside the bathroom, as it can be used when the battery is going flat still.

The two year manufacturer warranty, stated on our website, is from the date of purchase, i.e. just two years. (It is also separate to our Argos 12 month guarantee that also starts at the point of purchase, so it runs separately alongside it).
We cannot comment on the card you have in the box or on any extended warranty that the brand may themselves offer. We'd advise that you contact Philips directly for advice on that.

No, for safety reasons, the appliance can only be used when its not charging/pugged in.
