Good picture, slow OS
TV picture quality is very good, but menu can sometimes be a bit slow to react to button presses and opening system menus for settings can take upto 20 seconds.

Disappointing For a SMART TV it's a bit dumb
I bought this expecting an improvement in my tv experience. The personalisation of info screens is very limited. A lot of functionality available with other manufacturers isn't available. It's not possible to fix the channel list and if it doesn't detect a channel it's not listed and impossible to find with manual tuning. It defaults to a menu to select apps on boot up meaning you always have to navigate to live tv, which i find really annoying. The worst is that i have lost several Freeview channels when I use this TV. Yet the previous TV and other TVs and devices in the house can see them clearly. Now i view less and prefer to keep the TV off because it is just a hassle. For a SMART TV it's a but dumb.

Great TV
Got this for my daughter as a birthday gift. The picture is so clear and sound quality is great. Perfect for playing her PS5 and binge watching Netflix. She is extremely happy.

Great but remote lets it down
Always had LG tv’s as I find them great. Good picture and sound quality. Easy to set up. What I’m not enjoying is the remote control, it seems the buttons are a bit close together. Ideally the back button would be better placed away from the left and right buttons. I stream lots of programs during the evening/night time normally without lights on. Far too many times I’ve hit the return button in error which then takes you out of the streaming platform. Other than that, I would recommend the tv.

Smart TV at Smart price.
This is a truly excellent television for the price. It provides good quality picture and sound although some might want to compliment it with a soundbar. I replaced the feet as they were quite far apart, with a tv stand with vesa of 400mm x 400mm. (Saved me from replacing the tv cabinet with a larger one).
