[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this washing machine, it's a lot smarter than we anticipated and so energy efficient. It is very quiet during washing time and the eZdispense function weighs your load to determine the right amount of detergent and conditioner depending on your specs. The cycles are easily tailorable to your own specifications and if you make a mistake but have already pressed start, you can stop/pause the cycle and open the door without fuss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG washing machine , for around a month now. I can honestly say that I am thrilled with it !!! The app is genius , and enables you to use the machine with ease. It tells you the amount of energy that you are using, drum clean after 30 washes, it even pinpoints potential issues early on. The EZ Dispenser , makes it easy for my children to just load the washing machine and set an easy setting ( usually the AI setting). Noise is low and , you can even select a silent option , which minimises spin noise. Great for evening / night time . The service has been spot on , from ordering , delivering, installing , aftercare too ! I will replacing all of my white goods , with LG . Ooo I nearly forgot, the washing machine looks lovely , stylish and streamlined. I am very happy !! Highly recommended

Excellent machine!

The capacity is amazing, and the steam function and automatic dispense funtion leaves my clothes smelling great. It is quiet and easy to control, and it has a range of cycles. It is also not using loads of energy. Very happy!

We would recommend that you Pre-treat stains by applying the stain remover directly to the stained areas of your clothes before placing them in the washing machine. This should be sufficient to tackle the stains. If you feel the stains are particularly tough, you can add a small amount of stain remover to the main wash compartment of the detergent drawer for extra cleaning power.
