I had a great Phillips water pick that only shot out water when I pressed a button. Unfortunately it got mouldy and I had to buy a new one. This one streams water continuously down your arm and into your mouth. It’s helping me with the clean but they are really badly designed. Plus when I look into it I still have to floss, interdental brush and brush.

I can advise that mouthwash can be mixed with water and used in the reservoir. To mix mouthwash with water, partially fill the reservoir with water. Add about a tablespoon (15-20 ml) of mouthwash to the reservoir. Fill the reservoir with water to the MAX line.

They are very similar devices for the most part but the main difference is the charging port and cable used.
This one, cat no: 326/7675, has fast universal charging with a USB-A to Small Plug cable. You can clean for up to 14 days on just one charge.
The other item, the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser HX3806/33, has fast, universal charging with a USB-C cable (the same connection as most mobile phones or tablets). You'll also get up to 14 days of cleaning from a single charge on this.
