After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the PetSafe Manual Locking Cat Flap-Brown: The Manual Locking Cat Flap (brown or white) itself can fit a door panel thickness of 48mm. However, extension tunnels can extend this further with 50mm added per tunnel.
