Perfect for resolving an issue
I bought this for a friend who is having major surgery and won’t be able to lift a kettle for some time. It will keep soup and drinks hot for 6 hours.

You need to use the straw.
I need to drink more throughout the day so got this so I’m not refilling my smaller bottle. It is really good as in it doesn’t leak and keeps drinks cold. My only niggle is that if you leave it for an hour or so, you need to take the straw out and plug the hole so it maintains the cold. Then you have a straw lying around. It does have a drinking hole in the lid, with a flap, but you need a bib to drink from it as the deep recess at the top doesn’t let you make a secure seal with your lips, so you end up slurping 🫣. Mine doesn’t leave the house so it’s ok, but if you want it for ‘on the go’ I would look for one with a foldaway straw.

I was this cup a while back now, and it's still as good as new! Helps keep water cold which is especially needed with the heat we've been having. Great to travel with, the stopper is handy to stop spillages. Washes up okay. Overall great product.
