After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Tapo C500 HD 360 Outdoor Pan/Tilt Wi-Fi Security Camera.
C500 can only connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

"Yes, once your Tapo camera is set up and connected to the internet, you can receive mobile notifications when it detects motion or other events. To receive phone notifications for motion, person, pet, vehicle, or sound detection, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Tapo app and tap the camera card to enter the live view page.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top right to enter Camera Settings.
3. Go to Detection and enable the desired detection types.
4. Go to Notifications and enable Activity Notifications and the activity types you wish to receive alerts for. (Note: Some models may not support activity type filtering and will send all alerts.)
5. You can view notifications in the Tapo app by going to Home > Message Center (top right corner).
Additionally, you can set up Automation in the Tapo app to customize notifications further.
You can also view and control your Tapo camera remotely using cellular data after it is connected and online. This allows you to monitor your camera from anywhere via the Tapo app, even when you are away from home."
