I bought this on a budget and it’s absolutely brilliant at being a basic microwave. It’s not quite large enough for microwavable popcorn to turn whilst cooking but everything else is perfect. Would buy again. Easy to set up

The opening is 270 millimetres wide. You will not get a wider dinner plate than that through the aperture without tilting it. Unfortunately mine are 285mm diameter.
