Great Omron BP and ECG Complete Machine
This is a truly superb product. Great for piece of mind. Only downside is the App that logs the BP and ECG readings is a bit basic in its appearance. So glad I bought this great product.

Quick and easy set up and even easier to use!
Very easy to use blood pressure monitor that you can also set up via Bluetooth to do an ECG. Comes in a very handy storage bag with a handle for easy transportation if needed. Instructions are very clear and it literally took seconds to set up. You can also download the Omron app and it takes you through the set up step by step, and shows you how to pair with your smartphone so you can record all readings. It even shows you how to sit correctly when you use it and has lights to show you if you’ve put the cuff on incorrectly or if you move during the process. Comes with an A4 blood pressure diary for you to log your readings if you prefer a paper trail to a digital one. It also advises on what a ‘normal’ reading should be. It advises to have the monitor recalibrated every two years. Requires 4 AA batteries which are included and a 5 yr warranty. The cuff is latex free. Would definitely recommend and due to a recent heart worry, I will be using it often just to check I’m doing ok!

Really useful, well built monitor
The unit came well packaged and in a bespoke protective case. Included were several instruction manuals in a multitude of different languages. Also included is a blood pressure diary sheet and a setup guidance leaflet. The manual gives clear, concise instructions on how to use the monitor in three variants of operation. Take blood pressure reading only; take blood pressure and ECG; take ECG only. All instructions are easy to follow an operation quickly becomes intuitive. The unit itself is very sturdy and compact and the display screen bright and clear. The included arm cuff clips into place on the rear of the monitor with a noticeable “click”. Using the monitor to take readings, once the APP has been downloaded to a smart phone, is simply a matter of pressing the start button and touching the ECG reading electrodes on the front and side. The built in display indicates progress and an ECG trace appears on the mobile phone screen. Following the readings a notification appears on the phone indicating if the ECG reading is normal or not. Blood pressure and pulse readings are also recorded direct to the APP. Readings can then be forwarded direct onto health professionals, if required, via the inbuilt email facility. All in all this is an extremely well built unit, simple to use yet very effective and accurate in its readings. It is ideal for keeping track on health conditions with useful information being readily available for healthcare professionals to scrutinise.

Excellent, user Friendly with great support app
This is an excellent machine It is very easy to use and I signed up to the app which stores all my readings. Great to show doctor or chemist. The machine is obviously well built and the instruction manual is very easy to follow. Once signed up for the app you can track all your readings (BP and ECG) under your name or another. The display is really clear and indicates if everything is or is not normal The carry case is really good for storage and safekeeping. I have had a few BP machines over the years but this one is the best I have owned.

Rolls Royce level - but do you really need a RR?
Easy to use once you get the hang of it and there is an extensive printed manual (rather than online which shows the sort of people it is designed for - including the likes of me). Seems a good and well made product if you need all the functionality, and are willing to pay for it (it's quite expensive as I understand it, but I didn't pay). However I suggest a simpler, and cheaper, setup is adequate for many people. The blood pressure readings were not transferred from the monitor to the app on my phone (but this could be a setup issue).

A handy device
This monitor has a good size cuff, with a range of 22-42 cm, so can be used by people with larger arms, which I think is a very good feature. I like the fact that you can take just a blood pressure reading or just ecg, or both together. The blood pressure cuff inflates quite quickly but then I find it’s a bit slow to actually produce the blood pressure reading. The ecg function is quite basic, so will only alert you to a heart rate that is too fast, too slow or irregular; you could get the same information from taking your pulse, although this function is useful for anyone who doesn’t feel confident in checking their pulse, or doesn’t think to do so. Good, clear instructions are provided. I found setting up the Omron app a bit fiddly and time consuming but once set up, it is easy to use. A good feature is that readings are transferred to and stored in the app, so you can build a history. A really useful feature is that you can send information from your phone to a health care provider. All round, a useful device which I recommend.

ECG blood pressure machine
The machine comes in a handy storage bag very sturdy. But also comes with 4 large manuals on how to use it which I found very daunting, I managed to download the app to my phone to use it but then had to wait for help from a friend before going further. It was easy to take my blood pressure but more tricky to do the ecg. It’s clever in the fact it stores all your readings but you only get one year free after that the cost is approx £8 a month which for a pensioner is quite a lot but useful for some. Would I use it all the time yes if it was handy or if I felt unwell. Otherwise not sure I would you it everyday as not fully tech minded.

Excellent Monitor for BP and ECG
After a bit of an issue setting up an account, I consider this machine an excellent way to monitor your health. The cuff for BP is a very good size, accommodating arms of 22-42cm, 9-17 inches, and the addition of the ECG makes it more reassuring that everything is ok. The machine takes 4 AA batteries, is very easy to use, and records information into the Omron Connect app. It comes with a sturdy case to hold everything together when not in use. The instruction manuals are good and informative, although there is a lot of paper in the 4 separate manuals, each holding instructions for various countries. The machine is compact with a single line screen which is easy to read. There is a shelf to put your mobile phone on whilst it is recording the ECG. All in all, an excellent piece of kit which I am very happy with.

Comprehensive heart and ECG monitoring device
This unit measures blood pressure and heart rate, and links to the OMRON app so you can also keep records of past results. It also enables you to input and monitor health goals such as weight targets and fitness goals. The unit is battery powered and links by Bluetooth to your smartphone, giving you instant readings on your phone screen. The blood pressure cuff is comfortable and easy to connect and use. There is lots of information and guidance on how to use the device, as well as tips on health and fitness. There is an option to subscribe to a premium service which unlocks more features, and is offered free for a year. Some of the instructions are a little unclear, and a thorough read of the instructions prior to use would be beneficial to avoid confusion. The app menus aren’t always intuitive but with regular use are workable. This is a clinically validated blood pressure and ECG measuring device for those who wish to accurately monitor a health issue, check their ongoing readings over a period of time, or record improvements to their fitness.

Hello Schultz,
I can advise the Omron Complete BPM and ECG in One Machine does not have the function to measure blood pressure whilst you are sleeping.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hello Saf,
Omron Complete BPM and ECG in One Machine
The Omron Connect app stores the data collected from the machine, so you have all your measurements at a glance;
It displays your average daily, weekly or monthly measurements with colour-coded results so you have an overview of your data and can immediately identify changes. This is free.
This machine comes with 1 year of Premium Subscription for free, and the premium subscription includes additional, advanced features such as atrial fibrillation detection, medication tracking and daily reminders, health rewards and premium reports.
Thanks for using Q&A
You place your smartphone on top of the machine after pairing it with the omron AP, and the ecg comes up on your phone, so there is No screen on the omron complete, what you can see is a smartphone positioned on top taking the readings for the ecg .
Hi David,
Omron Complete BPM and ECG in One Machine
On checking I can see this is shown on the screen as it is in use.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Omron Complete BPM and ECG in One Machine: I can confirm that no additional subscription is required to access the ECG results in the OMRON Connect app.
The ECG feature is available to all users who use a compatible device – it does not require a Premium subscription.
The Premium subscription only offers extra features, such as detailed health insights, trend analysis, and unlimited data storage, but these are not related to accessing or using the ECG functionality itself.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi iCat,
Omron Complete BPM and ECG in One Machine 311/2768 Premium subscription will allow you to use the app and keep records using the app.
Picture 5/7 shows that this does come with 1 year free subscription.
The item will still work without the subscription.
Thank you for using Q&A
Absolutely not. I think an Apple watch might actually have a better ECG function but all of these things are essentially childrens toys in comparison to actual medical devices. That doesnt necessarily mean they arent useful though, but its not going to detect a heart attack.
Also, for the record, around two thirds of heart attacks wont even show on an ECG whatsoever. it all depends where the cell death occurs
