You get what you pay for
Quite disappointed with this kettle but it was the cheapest and you get what you pay for! It’s not easy to put the kettle on the base which I find very frustrating and you have to pour the boiling water very carefully into the teapot to get a steady stream otherwise the water goes everywhere My advice pay more for your kettle and be happy with it!

I bought this kettle three weeks ago and after 2 weeks it just stopped working. It felt really cheap, the lid did not stay open by itself to refill it, and it was quite slow-boiling. it is also quite fiddly to set back on its base.
