One use then broke. Had to take it back
Bought it. Set it up and amazing suction. Didn't realise how bad my house was. Put it on charge even though it wasnt completely without charge. And that was it. Never worked again. Would show as charging when plugged in but without plug no lights no nothing. Took it back and got the hF1 so far so good.

Fine for the money
Bought to replace a 5 year old Dyson cordless which had failed. Not wanting to pay Dyson prices for repair or replacement I thought I’d give this cheaper alternative a try. Is it as powerful as a Dyson? No. But it’s less than half the price, so you get what you pay for. It’s perfectly adequate for our needs. I will say, I don’t have pets - and I think possibly it would not be powerful enough to pick up a lot of fur. But the suction power is fine for us - it definitely picks up bits, dust, and long (human!) hairs. It’s light and easy to manoeuvre, and I like that the handheld can be used without any additional attachments. The dust compaction feature is handy too. In these points, it’s better than the £250+ vacuum it replaced, and the battery also lasts longer. I can do 3/4 rooms on max power before it dies. Money no object - I’d buy something more powerful. But for the price point I think is a good offering from Hoover.

Great tool !
Bought this because the tools on my Dyson upright are too heavy to use . This lightweight little vacuum does the edges with the nozzle and right under the beds with the vacuum head . It's easy to handle and very powerful, you just have to remember to charge it after use but it lasts long enough for me to do all of my 2 bed bungalow. It doesn't hold a lot of dust but it certainly picks it up .
