Only used it once but I can already tell it's a good product and much better than one I have been using for the past few years. The timer works so well and is quite accurate when you want soft medium or hard eggs. Easy to clean also. I would say it's good value for money and I would recommend it.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Salter 3-in-1 Digital Egg Cooker.
To poach eggs with this cooker, follow these steps:
1) Ensure the cooker is off and unplugged. Place it on a clean, dry, stable surface.
2) Remove the lid, egg tray, and egg poachers from the cooker.
3) Fill the measuring cup with cold water (80 ml) and pour it onto the heating plate.
4) Lightly coat the egg poacher with oil or butter. Break one egg into each poacher.
5) Place the egg tray onto the cooker, then the egg poacher on top of the tray. Close the lid.
6) Plug in and switch on the cooker.
7) Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds until the digital screen lights up.
8) Use the +/- buttons to set the cooking time for poached eggs (approx. 7 minutes).
9) Allow the eggs to cook. The timer will beep 5 times when finished and then switch off automatically.
10) Remove the lid carefully (steam will escape). Use a heat-resistant plastic or wooden spatula to remove the poached eggs immediately to prevent overcooking.
