Pizza Oven
This product is great value for money. It can cook other things other than pizza and we even tried a roast chicken which came out beautifully. It can be tricky trying to manage the temperature however I think this is more because I am inexperienced with it but if it gets too hot the paint can peel. And the thermometer display smokes up from the inside. I think if I started with more experience I could have avoided this but unsure how to clean the inside of the thermometer also.

Disappointed
I’ve always wanted a pizza oven and finally found one. Was so excited to use it so fired it up and within 5-10 minutes the paint started coming off and the temperature gauge blackened from the inside so couldn’t see how hot it was. For how much it was I extremely disappointed. Dismantled it and returned for a refund

Really good addition to our garden
I have wanted this pizza oven for a long time and finally talked my wife into getting one. We have used it several times since purchasing it. It takes a bit of trial and error to start with getting the fire just right but its so worth it. The only negative I can think of is the bars on grate you place the logs on are just slightly too far apart, when the logs burn down for a bit they can fall through the grate. I know its such a small issue but its the only one I have found with this oven.

Disappointed after first use
I bought this a few weeks ago, I’ve used it once with the charcoal it stated to use on the box, the handle has started to melt and the paint bubbled and flaked off on the air inlet. The oven did make a great pizza but now looks like I’ve had it 2 years and used it loads, disappointed generally

Could be better
Screw holes didn’t line up on one bit so assembly was difficult. Doesn’t hold the heat, you have to keep adding wood, which has to be small bits with fire lighters as well as charcoal, which kept falling through the grill so a lot got wasted. Not worth the money, but lesson learned!

Great addition to the garden
What a great pizza oven. My teenage son loves it, will even abandon his computer to venture into the garden. The oven heats up quickly and pizza is ready quickly. Doubles as a lovely heater after dinner. Only wish it had handles so it can be moved around after use.

Hate it
Burnt pizza, grey pizza temperature regulation is awful. I really want to return this for a refund! Not sure if they will accept it or not. Tried everything from wood to lumpwood charcoal. The stone burns the base and leaves the rest raw!

Flawed design
My dad and I thought a pizza oven would be great for the garden. Unfortunately the first unit we purchased was heavily damaged and the design is flawed to make the thermostat smoke up. Pictures attached. This was then replaced and the next unit is beginning to have the same issue with the thermostat fogging and smoking up. The only reason we are willing to keep this is that it does work and quite well, it’s a shame the design is flawed.
