Smoke everywhere! thought there was a separate compartment for cooking but it is on top of the fire.

Hi Pj,
This La Hacienda Steel Multi-Function Garden Oven is smaller than the charcoal pizza oven also you can use wood or charcoal in this oven. You can only use charcoal in the Charcoal Pizza Oven.

Hi Nic,
To avoid burning the pizza place the pizza stone into the oven on top of the cooking grills and wait whilst it reaches optimum temperature.
Allow the oven to reach approximately 350 - 400°F (175 - 200°C).and ensure that the damper on the flue is half open and that the baffle plate on the lower door is half open.
