Very pleased with this mattress protector
The mattress protector is very soft and comfortable. It is a good thickness. It does not rustle as our old one did. It was super easy to fit with elastic strips at each corner instead of elastic all round the edge. It will protect the mattress from sweat etc but is not waterproof

Not true to size
Not great as it definitely doesn’t fit a king size mattress, straps too short and tight so when 2 corners are on it’s more like a double. Have requested a return.

Practical Matress Protector
This mattress protector is lightweight and practical. Although designed for a 3 foot bed I have fitted it on a 2' 6" deep mattress which works quite well. The elasticated straps hold the flat top in place. It has a soft finish and is comfortable to sleep on. I cannot comment on its ability to absorb liquids as I have not had to put it to the test yet

The images all show the same pattern. It's a diagonally set, square pattern. The angle of the second picture does create a foreshortening that makes it look rectangular.

The supplier has advised the following for the Supersoft Washable Mattress Protector - Double:
No, it does not have a PU coated underside, this product isn’t a waterproof mattress protector. The supplier advises that, if you are looking for a waterproof protectors please check out this item on our wesbite, the Waterproof Mattress Protector – Single, cat no: 937/9433.
They also add this point with regards to using a protector on the underside. Because the waterproof protectors have an elasticated skirt, you would have to fit it to the mattress on the top like your normally would. Then, once fitted, please flip the mattress over so the protector is now laying on top of your wooden slats.
(So, you’d need to choose which side is to function as the top and put the protector on the other side. This is subject of course to the mattress being the sort that you can reverse).
