Beautiful for young to old
Shimmering effect but it’s a shame it’s only at the front and not completely. Brightness white is very strong on the eyes on full brightness and it’s like a flood light. Lucky the brightness can be turned down though the room is darker. I find it annoying at times as it can feel like a floodlight when you want a bit more brightness. This light is great if you’re not looking to lighten the room but more for mood. I wish there were more colour shift options and slower. It’s perfect as a mood light and very relaxing when fully dimmed. I would highly recommend this lamp as a mood lamp but not for luminous lighting.

Funky light
Nice light each colour your able to make dim or brighter, has a shimmer effect to it, can turn it around as the back part is silver top to bottom, that makes it glow just on the wall. if you have a colour change smart bulb for the ceiling light it operates both at the same time :) so matching lights. Overall nice light it's quite small bit overpriced.

A very nice lamp
Well, I was not expecting much. I have been surprised 😮 This lamp is amazing. Sets the mood in the room well. It’s easy to use and was also easy to put together. It’s amazing and I highly recommend it. So many colours and settings. Plus great price, looks fabulous in my daughters bedroom. She is very happy with it.

Brilliant light
I got this for my son who shares a bedroom with his baby brother. I love that I can adjust the brightness so that he has a groovy light when he's chillout and that it can be a dim glow when they are sleeping. Would HIGHLY recommend this as a night ligth

Nice kids bedroom lamp.
I got this chrome led colour changing lamp for my bedroom. It works well as a bedside lamp on the white light setting. You can use the little remote to change the colour and its great for setting a relaxing ambience with a selection of different colours and modes. Would be good for a kids room as a night light. The only negative for me was it felt very light weight and a little cheap but it did the job. Good for safety as no bulb to get hot as all the led lights are inside the tube. Great value and works well.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Glow Kids Shimmer LED Cylinder Table Lamp - Multicoloured:
Inline switch will turn the light on but cannot change the colour setting.
Remote can change colour settings and turn lamp on/off only when inline switch is ‘on’.
Trying to use the remote when inline switch is ‘off’ will do nothing.

If using remote to turn off, colour setting will be remembered. If using inline switch to turn off, light will reset to white when reactivated.
