Love this vacuum. Wish I'd got it ages ago. Easy and quick. Alters between rugs and hard floor. Gets up to the edges. Only slight problem is on thick carpet.

Really good piece of kit. So much easier to use without a cord attached or a vacuum to lug around. Good all round use, carpets or hard flooring. Stairs easy and the different power settings are very effective.

Bought this just over a month ago, I doesn't pick up aswell as my last hoover (Dyson) hair gets stuck in the mesh collection bin an you can't get it out, really disappointed

Not what I was expecting.
I bought this to replace my v8, but I find this one too big, too heavy and a bit clumsy. I should have stuck with the one I know. My fault. Having said that it does what it says it can do. Emptying it was a bit sticky.

Surprised by its performance
I needed to replace the earlier model to this, I did initially doubt it could be any better, I was wrong it s chores are mostly uneven stone downstairs flooring and quite a lot of it too, it managed very well, it’s next test was upstairs carpeting I could feel the powerful suction straight away and amazed that the chamber was almost full of dirt and fluff, I am very pleased with it, thank you.

not as happy as I'd hoped to be
I like the machine, but my problems are 1: the head doesn't swivel very smoothly and sometimes get stuck in the wrong position. Secondly the long pipe that I need to remove when I empty the drum is very difficult to pull off - I need to stand on the head of the vacuum to pull it out. it doesnt seem to click out as easily as I'd hoped
