Great vacuum
Bought this to replace eufy e28 which was rubbish and wouldn't vacuum rugs so we returned it after many emails with eufy. The shark is a fantastic vacuum and will vacuum all flooring including rugs.

Outstanding
This vacuum is great, it is so easy to set up and room mapping is straight forward too. It does everything it claims and more. I find it a life saver where pet fur is concerned and it saves me so much time. It has good suction power, isn't too noisy, is sturdy and well made, I am yet to find a negative with this product.

Good robot, terrible app
The robot itself is great but the app seems to break or kick you out regularly. I can’t currently use it so relying on the button to make it work. Not sure it has saved maps. I keep having to reload them and set it up again. This time I can’t even open the app. Emailed customer support so let’s see. A pity as otherwise this could be a great product.

I brought robot vacuum as replacement and it works well so far. Very simple to use and much quieter than even the more expensive vacuums on sale. Highly recommend

Argos solde a used item
When I unboxed this new full priced item it was full.of somebody else's dog hair and dust!!! Disgusting that this return ended up back in the warehouse without being checked.

Love my Shark
I absolutely love this little guy, I called him Robbie. It was so easy to set up, and it's so clever the way he just goes round doing his thing. The only thing I can criticize is the Spot Cleaning square needs to be adjustable so that you can make it slightly bigger and the no-go zones square needs to be able to make it smaller to avoid smaller objects. It would also be useful if you could remap individual rooms but I guess it would have been a lot more expensive with these things included. Overall I am really happy with Robbie - he's a keeper!

Working well
It's great to keep on top of the dog hair. It definitely doesn't clean the entire floor or get it perfect but when I was struggling to keep on top of hair it's definitely helping. Flaws- it struggles to find its base and will back in and out of it multiple times even when it was almost in it any way. It doesn't seem to be following the map and will go into areas not on the map if the door is left open.

Avoids rooms on clean
I brought the same model which works fine, but this robot never cleans the master bedroom on scheduled or clean instructions. It only cleans the master bedroom on matrix clean. Disappointing that this second robot doesnt work properly

This information is not available for the general public. The robot vacuum can change its suction power automatically, depending on the amount of debris and the area it vacuums. The FloorDetect technology optimises the suction power for both carpet and hard floor surfaces. Runtime is up to 110 minutes in low suction.
This model is not capable of mopping.
The vacuum is programmed to return to the auto-empty base for emptying after a dry-cleaning session is completed. Kindly note that it will also return to the base if the battery percentage is too low.

The mopping function is not obligatory after each cleaning session. It can be manually scheduled from within the SharkClean app to only do a dry-cleaning session without mopping being required.

Although the application is recommended for making it a more comprehensive experience, the robot does not demand the application or an internet connection for simple usage. There are 2 buttons at the top of the robot. One is used for sending the robot on a normal cleaning session, the other one is used for recalling it back to the dock. Kindly note that the robot might bump into furniture often without the help of the "mapping function" which can be found in the SharkClean app.
Yes, you can start it from the robot. With the robot on the base, press the Clean button to begin a whole-home clean, press again to pause, or press Dock to send it back to the base. To power the robot on without the app, place it on the base or hold the Dock button for 5 to 7 seconds until the lights turn on.
Yes, you can carry it upstairs and start a clean with the Clean button; the cliff sensors prevent it from falling down stairs, and rugs should be at least 20 cm back from edges. The app saves one map per robot. Multi floor mapping is not supported, so if you move the dock and remap upstairs it will replace the existing map; otherwise run upstairs without a saved map and room select or no go zones.
Yes, the PowerDetect robot is designed for most hard floor surfaces, including delicate hard flooring material such as cork. However, we kindly recommend that you first test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned and review the use and care instructions from your floor manufacturer.
