Expensive gadget
I had high hopes for this, especially given the price, but it’s been really disappointing. It struggles to clean properly, doesn’t reach corners as advertised, and frequently loses connection, which means I’ve had to remap rooms multiple times. It also misses large areas when vacuuming, so the results are far from thorough. One of the biggest letdowns is that it can’t vacuum and mop in a single run—you have to choose one or the other, which defeats the purpose of a “2-in-1” device. On top of that, it takes around 45 minutes to clean a small space and still doesn’t do a good job. Honestly, a quick manual vacuum does a much better job in less time. Overall, it seemed like a great idea, but in reality it’s an expensive gadget that doesn’t deliver. I’d recommend sticking with a regular vacuum instead.

Disappointed!
I have had my 2 in 1 robot for 6 months now. I am very disappointed. Why can it only map 1 floor? It also misses rooms for no reason. Also misses parts of rooms. It gets stuck on the short pile rug. It does not pick up hair very well. It can't get back on the doc when it has the mop plate attached.

Great robot
I’ve had this robot for three weeks now and love it. I haven’t tried the mopping yet but it sweeps the carpets really well. It doesn’t like very thick rugs though so have to take them up before I set it to vacuum. Very happy with it overall.

matrix plus 2in 1 robot
ive had the matrix plus 2 in 1 for about 6months but now i find the battery doesnt last as long as it did before and sometimes it dies before making it back to the station i cant seem to find the battery in accessories and parts please advise how to get a new one

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law yes they do love it they say it's saves time the only problem they had there was no solution to try them mop part of the machine but they went and saw it somewhere else but everything is good and thank you

Not great
Beryl which I called it did not always pick up all the pet hair and go fully into the corners. The mop did not clean the floor and left water. When it did work it was satisfactory and covered a large area. I did return it as I had to sometimes clean the debris it had left.

Life saver!!
I bought this a couple weeks ago and im in love with it!! It has fantastic suction (I have 2 cats) covers the whole of down stairs with battery left in him (286 square feet) the mopping is great and the capacity and filtration is fantastic and has loads of space! Not emptying his home all the time i do it once a week but its not full even then, I use him everyday even twice a day due to having children, hes not noisey either. Wish I bought this ages ago would of saved my back a lot of pain as im disabled so now I just do 1 big clean with my main hoover once a week :)

Good robot vacuum
The matrix 2 in 1 robot is great the only things I am disappointed about is that I thought it self emptied the water tank which is my own fault for not checking and that when I send it to do a mop and vacuum it did get a bit confused where it ps docking station was but all side from that it is a great vacuum and highly recommend
