Nice iron
Bought this at the weekend as old iron burnt out. Looks expensive, heavy so a nice firm press occurs. Controls are easy to use and steam is really good Comes with a small filling jug. Only negative is that some parts are plastic but I am hoping are not flimsy.

Had read a lot of great reviews but have to say that I’m very disappointed by this iron. As others say, it’s heavy, which is fine because it’s needed to press creases out (since the steam doesn’t seem to do it). The iron heats up fine but is pretty poor at transferring that to doing its job. Steam puff button makes a small difference but it’s insignificant. Wouldn’t recommend.

The manual does advise if you live in a hard water area, you should use distilled water (not chemically descaled or softened water).
Be advised that if you buy distilled water, check that it’s marketed as suitable for use in irons.

There is no proper place to store the cord around the iron. If you wrap it around the iron it is not very neat and tidy.

It just wraps around the iron there is no additional way to store the cord any other way.
