Does its job much better than a mop
A kitchen floor with pale tiles was a problem to keep clean and grease free. This steamer removes dirt and grease leaving the floor clean and dry (with occasional rubbing needed just on the most tenacious marks.) The re-usable pad just gets put in the washing machine with items like bath mats when it gets a bit dirty. It does just what I hoped it would without too much elbow grease.

Good but heavy
Purchased a week ago. Really like it but it is quite heavy and both the mop and the handheld do hurt your hands, but it does the job. We’ve found the water tank leaks a little but it isn’t tok much of a problem as we empty it once finished and put away.

Great cleaner for the price
Have now used the steam cleaner on bathroom tiles and tiled floors. The vax is easy to use well designed and practical. Pleased with the cleaner and would recommend it

Terrible product - barely any steam comes out of this so my expectations were quickly shattered. I would definitely not recommend spending the money on this - get a better product spend a bit more. Feels like a very expensive mop!
