Good quality 80 gm2 printer paper.
This is an 80 gm2 paper that is thicker than most, but which produces a very good slightly stiffer finished typed page. It works well on my HP printer and holds the black and coloured inks well with no smudging or smearing with their standard cartridges. The brightness and smooth white finish to this paper is recommended.

The supplier has advised the following for the Navigator Universal Multipurpose A4 Printer Paper-400 Sheets:
As this paper is not designed for nor optimised for this type of ink, we’re not able to confirm if it will be suitable. Based on that, the supplier recommends that you test the paper with sublimation inks and compare the obtained result in terms of printing quality with the "traditional" inks (inkjet and toner) that it’s intended, in order to check if they achieve the printing quality needed for you.

No this won't work for sublimation normally you need to get sublimation paper no standard a4 office paper
