The Argos Home Arthur Platform Bed Frame gives you a comfortable sleeping spot where you can settle in after a long day. It's a king-size design that fits a standard mattress and sits low to the floor for a streamlined look. The cream textured weave fabric feels soft and suits most bedroom colour schemes. Oak-coloured legs lift the frame just enough to let you hoover underneath without bending awkwardly. A sprung wooden slatted base supports your mattress and lets air circulate, keeping your bedding fresh.
The upholstered frame adds comfort when you're sitting on the edge getting dressed or putting on shoes. There's 15cm of space underneath, so you can slide storage boxes or baskets into the gap if you need extra room for bedding or clothes. The siderails sit 31cm high, keeping your mattress secure and stable. It supports up to 220kg total user weight, so there's room for two people and bedding. Arrives flat-packed with clear instructions, two people recommended for assembly. Manufacturer's one year guarantee included.

Size of the bed is slightly larger than the size of the mattress, although I purchased “King Size”. Now I am struggling to find the mattress which can fit inside the bed frame.

In the pictures the frame looks a very light beige, but in real life it's a lot darker and more oatmeal. Would recommend if the colour in the pictures was more accurate.
