AEG Hob Extractor Fan
Nice tractor. I just wish manufacturers would allow for the fact that walls and ceilings are not always square or perpendicular to the walls. Fitting the fan unit was simple. The sliding cover (at the top) required a degree of additional diy skill and thought.

Good and efficient
Bought this recently and had it installed - it's a good style and looks neat. Performance also is good and has very good lighting for cooking. Noise level is quite loud on the highest setting but doesn't really bother me. Definitely recommend.

Poor quality, chimney is in 2 sections made of flimsy not rigid material. They do not line up squarely. Excessive glue residue from sticker over logo very difficult to remove. It's also very noisy on first button

The LED light for tis appliance is part number 140186631010 (lamp, led, 700MA 2,1W opal 1pcs). While available from our online shop, it should be installed by a professional technician.

We can offer a Repair & Care Plan, provided by Domestic & General.
This would take care of the repair you need now and if your appliance is fixed, we would continue to look after it and provide ongoing maintenance support for the next 12 months.
This includes access to an online annual maintenance portal, with hints and tips to keep your appliance in good working order
The plan will take care of parts, labour and call-out charges.
The repair service also includes a no-fix-no-fee benefit for your first repair, so if we can’t fix your appliance now, or it is beyond economical repair, your plan will be cancelled and any money you have paid will be fully refunded. We will also give you £75 off a new appliance if bought directly through us.
Repairs are carried out by expert engineers and after the first repair, if we can’t fix it, you will receive a replacement.
Some of the things this plan doesn’t cover are:

Any indirect costs
Prices range between approximately £16 - £19 per month including all taxes and fees. This is a 12 month care plan not an extended warranty.

Hello - unfortunately this product is not available directly from us - but is can be purchased from many key electrical retailers - The charcoal filter can be purchased from AEG.CO.UK - the part number ECFB01 - you need the charcoal filter is you use in the re circulation mode - if you are ducting outside - you don't need to use it
You can only use the hood without the carbon filter if the appliance is being ducted outside of the property.
