2 months after the warranty expired it stopped working. Just a permanent blinking white light. Wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t clean.

Kids love there new toothbrushes
Kids told me they feel dentist clean and alot cleaner since using this electric toothbrush. Now gonna have to get ome for myself and the misses . Such a better feeling of hygiene

I bought this a year ago while the brush is good the battery life is terrible, I’m only gettting 2 days out of mine now which shouldn’t be happening for such a expensive toothbrush.

Let down by short lifespan and cost of heads
No complaints about the power. Buttons hard to find and use while brushing. Was initially pleased, but battery doesnt last as long as claimed. 3 days of myself using twice a day. The brushes are the big let down. Despite the high price and advice to change every 12 weeks, mine was completely white after 2 weeks. Its quite large and i couldnt get in between teeth eadily, which got more dificult as it quickly softened. When new i found it made my gums sore, so found iit hard to clean up to gum without causing erosion. I also find the suttering while trying to clean irritating. I dont need to know how many seconds have passed, i brush my teeth until the entire mouth is clean. Which can take 4 minutes with constantly trying to manouvre the large brush into a position where i can clean teeth without knocking others

Disappointed it only lasted one year
I bought this exactly one year and two weeks ago and now it has stopped working. This is the shortest time an electric toothbrush has ever lasted for me as I usually get at least 4 - 5 years wear. I am very disappointed as it was not cheap and the extra packet of brush heads I bought were more expensive than normal as they are not universal for this model. Would not recommend
