Why didn't I buy one sooner!
I bought the Shark Steam & Scrub Automatic Steam Mop to replace my old steam mop, which was a different brand and had served me well for years. I can honestly say I am over the moon with this new one. One of my favourite features is the choice of different steam settings, which makes it easy to adjust depending on the cleaning job. It's incredibly simple to use and glides effortlessly across the floor, unlike my old mop which took a lot more effort to push around. It also comes with spare cleaning pads, which is really handy and adds great value. The cleaning performance is excellent. I use it at least once a week, and I'm always amazed at how dirty the pads are afterwards, even though I regularly clean my floors with a spray mop in between uses. It really shows how much dirt and grime it removes. Overall, I'm very glad I bought this steam mop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, easy-to-use steam mop or floor cleaner.

Game changer!
This is a game changer, in my home with solid floors, and a big dog! The spinning pads scrub the floor effortlessly, loaded with steam. It is so easy to navigate, almost floating, very light. I thought my Karcher was the business, but I can’t recommend this enough. Sits behind a utility door, and as easy to use as a vacuum cleaner. Brilliant!

If your Shark Steam & Scrub Mop is only releasing water, ensure it’s plugged in properly and the tank is filled. Select a steam setting using the mode button and allow around 20 seconds to heat up. Check the indicator lights are on, and if the issue continues, try using a different socket.
The Steam & Scrub Automatic Mop is designed to make cleaning easy and effective across most hard floor surfaces, including tile. For an extra deep clean, especially on grout, simply switch to DEEP mode to help lift away stubborn dirt, marks, and stuck-on messes with minimal effort.
Yes, the Shark Steam & Scrub can be used on laminate floors, including herringbone patterns. Use the LIGHT setting for gentle cleaning, and always test a small area first.
Yes, you can use your Steam & Scrub on LVT (luxury vinyl tile) flooring. The unit is designed for use on most hard floor surfaces, including vinyl. For best results, we recommend using the light setting, as it delivers a lower steam output that gently cleans while helping to protect your LVT flooring.
The Shark Steam & Scrub can be used on sealed flagstone, but it’s important to test a small, hidden area first to ensure the surface tolerates steam safely. Avoid unsealed stone, and for sealed surfaces, NORMAL or DEEP mode works well on stone, marble, and tile.
