I absolutely love this product
I have previously owned a steam mop but found that even with daily use my floors were not clean. I have builders in the family as well as two dogs and as you can imagine my floors need to be thorougly cleaned. This mop is a joy to use, lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. The dirt grabber pads really do what they say and the duster mop heads equally. An absolute boon for households with pets and humans with dirty boots!

This steam mop can be used on any hard floor material as long as it is sealed.
We can confirm that this steam mop is suitable for textured tiles as long as the tiles are properly sealed.

This steam mop can be used on any kind of hard-floor surface as long as the floor is completely sealed. It will not leave streak marks on the tiles as long as it is used according to the instruction manual.
This steam mop can clean a medium-sized room in one go. We do not have exact measurements available at the current moment.
This steam mop is designed specifically for hard-floor surfaces. We do not recommend using it for carpets.
Since the Shark S8021UK is perfectly designated for all sealed hard floors, it is also compatible with porcelain tiles.
We can confirm that the pads can be washed and reused. We recommend machine-washing them without detergent, as it can leave streak marks on the floor when the pads are used.
You should use the dust pads first, then the cleaning pads.
