Game changer!
This is a game changer, in my home with solid floors, and a big dog! The spinning pads scrub the floor effortlessly, loaded with steam. It is so easy to navigate, almost floating, very light. I thought my Karcher was the business, but I can’t recommend this enough. Sits behind a utility door, and as easy to use as a vacuum cleaner. Brilliant!

Cannot believe how dirty my floor was (even though i thoighnit to be clean) Before using the steam mop, i had used many domestic products to clean my floor, which appeared extremely clean. Using the steam mop could not have proved me more wrong in thinking i had a clean floor. Going over the first time with the first set of pads lifted grease off of the floor, i could not believe how dirty the pads looked from the grime on my floor. Going over a second time had very similar results, proving what an amazing product this is to use in place of a standard mop. The use of the steam along with the rotary heads is extremely effective.

If your Shark Steam & Scrub Mop is only releasing water, ensure it’s plugged in properly and the tank is filled. Select a steam setting using the mode button and allow around 20 seconds to heat up. Check the indicator lights are on, and if the issue continues, try using a different socket.

The Shark Steam & Scrub can be used on sealed flagstone, but it’s important to test a small, hidden area first to ensure the surface tolerates steam safely. Avoid unsealed stone, and for sealed surfaces, NORMAL or DEEP mode works well on stone, marble, and tile.
