Great cooking awful controls
I like rhe air fryer and how it cooks however ,the touch buttons are not good at all, they dont always work which is very frustrating when trying to use it. The on off button is the most tempremental. I would have returned it but as we had to remove the plug to plug underneath the counter top so itsis no longer possible.to return. This is my 3rd tefal airfryer and I wish I'd stuck with the old one and not bothered upgrading to this.

Good Value
Fairly happy with this up to now but it's not had heavy use. It's easier to use than my last one which was a tower. My only criticisms are - the default setting when you power it on and how the drawers are finished - they seem a bit cheaply made and not quite as sleek as the rest of the machine. I don't think I dare put them in the dishwasher although they are dishwasher safe.

Good black friday price tempted me to get this. The 2 different sizes of frier means good variety of foods can be cooked and the synchro feature means perfect timings. Still getting used to the instructions but I think theyre straightforward. Good to not have to pre heat.

Quality air fryer but a bit loud
I bought the Tefal 11L dual basket air fryer just over 2 weeks ago. I have used it almost everday since. I am kicking myself for not buying one sooner. All my meals are cooked so quickly and perfectly in this air fryer. I have even managed to bake a cake in an 8” cake tin which easily fits in the larger drawer. The only trouble I am having is cooking root vegetables. Perhaps par-boiling before air frying would be a better option. I have been more than happy cooking an entire roast chicken with all the trimmings and sides. Just be sure to plan which items need to be cooked in what order so its all ready and still hot to eat. Using the air fryer has made a big difference to my electricity bill too. Running the air fryer with both drawers cooking at 200C for 1hr was about 70% cheaper according to my smart meter. The only down side to his device is that the fans run a bit loud when in use but it’s not really a bother for me. On the whole, the air fryer is extremely easy to use and cooking times and temp can easily be adjusted during cooking.

Great product. Huge drawer to cook a chicken or a joint of meat and a smaller one for chips or vegetables. The design of chrome and black makes it look good as well.

Poor quality
I had Ninja before but unfortunately I damaged it. Decided to try Tefal this time. I'm very disappointed starting from plastic smell that tells you it's cheap to everything else: how to use. How it cooks and cleaning. Would never recommend to anyone

Once you have selected a cooking function, the temperature can be manually changed from the + - buttons with the temperature icon. The minimum temperature is 40°C and maximum is 200°C.
Yes there is a beep sound when the compartments have finished cooking.
The EAsy Fry XXL has 7 functions. Fries, chicken, vegetable, Fish, Dessert, Dehydrate and the manual mode
Hi, the dessert function is for baking items such as muffins and cakes. It can also be used to bake bread.
