It plugs into a socket and can be positioned to suit the user. We needed a corridor nightlight to help my elderly mother to walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It’s fine and offers her enough light to see.

I’ve had these for 3 weeks and think the build quality is excellent, much better quality than the one I’ve replaced. The light given off is warm and doesn’t affect our sleep, but bright enough to walk around in the bedroom.

Good value plug-in LED night lights.
Bought a twin pack a few weeks ago. Just plug into a wall socket. The LED lights consume a tiny amount of power and switch off automatically when there is sufficient ambient light and back on again when it becomes dark. The diffused beam can be angled and is ideal for gently lighting areas such as stairways and landings. Definitely good value.

It doesn't have a lumens rating, it's only using 0.5w of power, so will only be 10-20 lumens max.
