Great Product
Bought this a few weeks back and wish I'd bought it a lot sooner. After years of seeing the Sky bill go up and up for what felt no good reason and only really watching the main UK channels, I cancelled Sky and bought this. Very easy to install and uses the same dish no issue.

Find a way to check you have a TV signal coming in
I connected it up as per the on-screen instructions only to be informed that there was no signal to the box. That was £99 down the pan

Help for the confused!
This box works well, once you get it working properly. The box needed updating although it tells you that the satellite cables are not in properly! Then you need a ethernet cable and leave plugged in overnight. Then it will work the following day.

Freesat box
The Freesat box is good. It works well. There was an initial glitch. The support team are only available before 6pm so I had an overnight wait. They were able to help. The batteries in the pack were flat so I had to install some of my own. The picture quality is very good. No other issues.
