Excellent producd
Perfect for what we need. Monitor is nice and small and can fit in pocket. Can be used on phone if you download the app. Lots of options for whitenoise and soothing lullaby.

Awkward set up and poor features
No button to turn the camera off unless you unplug it, the handset is tiny (which i knew it would be) but it’s awkward to use due to lack of button controls for zoom.

Great device, but clearly has been used before.
It was clear as soon as the box was opened, that the device had been used, and then returned. The quality control clearly isn’t in place. However, the device itself is great. Works like a charm.

Frustrating experience
Totally unable to setup and connect the camera units to the monitor. Despite multiple attempts across different routers and different bandwidth. Without completing the initial setup you then can't access the vtech app or update the patent unit. No solution from vtech unfortunately. Incredibly frustrating and disruptive when this was being relied upon.

Inexpensive wi-fi baby monitor with HD video
Bought to replace a very unreliable HubbleClub monitor which actually cost significantly more. This monitor has HD video, a very sensitive microphone and is simple to set up and use. My only gripe is the volume setting - it only has "off" then a few levels above which are all quite loud. It should have been designed with more levels so for example a coughing child doesn't come through the speakers at high-ish volume all night.

Life changing
Bought this a couple of weeks ago as a carer for my husband. I can now check he's safe from down town and the kitchen and can talk to him too from both places. Good little screen even in low light. Straightforward to set up and works fine on WiFi. A bit slower on mobile data but fine. The parent screen has its own charge and needs to be charged for 10 or 12 hours before first use. The only thing I would change is to make the baby camera have some residual power so it could be moved to different locations.

Needed to swap from a one-way monitor to a two-way once our child was a bit older. This works great! Easy to set up and picture quality is as good as it could be for something like this! Night camera and the built in lullaby is a god send.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Vtech RM2751HD 2.8 Smart Monitor: ''Some modems/routers operate "Wi-Fi Band Steering" which connects devices to either 2.4GHz or 5GHz for optimal internet performance. This option needs to be disabled to ensure the 2.4GHz network is always visible. Check the documentation that came with the modem/router, or check with the supplier/manufacturer, how to correct this.''
