Simply the best
I have had Dyson, Vax, and Shark handhelds but none of these compare to the effectiveness and efficiency of Henry. The suction power is variable, which is great for different floor surfaces, the battery lasts so I can whizz around the whole house, it picks up tiny bits and dog hair like a pro. The disposable filtration bags make it so easy, no trying to extract compacted dust, dirt, hair and particles, so easy to use, I love it. It handles well and is not too heavy or cumbersome. The gadgets it comes with are great.

efficient vacuum
good in many ways. glad to have replaceable bags...no more breathing in dust when emptying the dyson hand-held I had before. But heavier than the dyson. And overall there's a tendency to end up using it as my main vacuum so careful as the small bags would otherwise need replacing more often. overall I'm happy. robust machine.

Its common for the floorhead to clog up with pet fur if you have a long haired pet. However the brush on the floorhead has been designed so this can be removed easily.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Henry Quick Cordless Vacuum Cleaner: ''I would advise that in order to clean laminate or hard floors with the Henry Quick, you should use the brush head settings that allow you to switch between carpet and hard floors. The Henry Quick does not automatically switch settings, so you need to change the brush head manually for hard floors. You can do this by using the buttons on the machine itself, turning the brush on and off as well as switching between boost mode and normal mode.
I would also further advise using different levels of suction depending on the type of floor, be careful not to use the boost function on stronger flooring as this may prevent thorough cleaning.''
