To use your EE Pay As You Go SIM in the USA without extra charges, you need to ensure that you have a roaming pass. EE does not offer free roaming in the USA unless you are on a Full Works plan.

"The plan is normally 8GB, you will automatically be given an extra 12GB on top. 20GB in total." They advise you can message/text EE directly on the matter to do things like checking balances etc.

You get your number, but you need to activate the SIM first before a call can be made. You will also need to use the number a few times every couple of months to ensure the SIM isn't deactivated.
