Should the unexpected happen, depending on the nature of your claim, we’ll send an expert technician to fix it or a cleaning kit for you to remove a stain. What’s more, if we can’t repair it, we’ll give you a brand-new replacement or Argos vouchers.
Already have household contents insurance? Your existing policy might offer cover for accidental damage, fire or theft. However, you may find that an excess is payable and a claim may affect the cost of your subsequent insurance premiums.

So, what's covered?
A brand-new replacement or vouchers – if we can't repair your furniture, you'll get a replacement or Argos vouchers.
- Accidental damage cover - from the moment you get your furniture which includes.
- Rips, tears or burns to your fabric or leather upholstery.

- Odours caused by stains or spills.
- Pet cover - cover for accidental damage caused by pets.
- Structural defects cover - once your manufacturer's guarantee expires (only if the policy remains in force), frames and structural defects will be included too.

And what's not covered?
Deliberate damage, wear and tear. Neglect, abuse or misuse. Commercial use. Changes in colour of any part of the product. Structural defects or accidental damage where they are covered by another guarantee or warranty.

You've got 45 days from the date you buy your item to get that extra reassurance. Just pop into store, with your receipt and one of our friendly colleagues will be happy to help. You can buy it right-there-and-then and you'll be covered right away. Phew, that's a relief!
