Noisy Replacement
Replacement for exact same kettle, which has lasted well. This one is much noiser, however. Not sure why! Matches my Toaster.

Good kettle
I brought this kettle as our old one wasn't working as good but all I can say is this one is a little louder holds a good amount of water boils quick if only small amount in and has a blue light to say its on only small issue is the lid I thought it was a flip lid my mistake but apart from that very happy with the kettle

Dangerous flaw for otherwise great product
Looks great, boils quickly and not too noisy. Also keenly priced. However, with our first purchase and a replacement one we found that at least 3 out of 5 times the kettle didn't automatically turn off when boiled. Kettle was not over filled or any issues with scale or electrical connections. On one occasion we returned to kitchen to find kettle furiously over boiling with lid shook loose and kitchen full of steam and vapour dripping of kitchen cabinets. One kettle failing could have been unlucky but for it to happen to the replacement suggests an issue of faulty batch. Additional annoyance was that we'd bought and used the matching toaster which worked fine. Argos were great about offering a refund but ultimately we had to get a near match kettle from another brand which did switch off all the time.

Just love the look of this kettle, looks very stylish sitting on the work surface. I had the white version previously but the on/off switch died after two and half years so this time I’ve registered it online with RH for 3yr Guarantee! As a “Senior” I find it quite heavy to lift if it’s full but I’m quite happy to half fill it. It’s a bit noisy but it It boils quickly so I don’t mind that

Spare parts for this product are covered by a one year guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
