Only bought this a few days ago and found it easy to operate I've only used it on half setting for now until I get used to it, but it works great with a tingling feeling through the feet and calves. I will need to intensify the settings as time goes on.

Sceptical that this device would work but it has a fairly rapid improvement in blood circulation to my feet. Also reduced lower leg swelling. Initially set to 75, after one week to 50 to feel the machine working.
